With this collection, I was inspired by both the traditional production techniques used in handbag making, and the unique properties of the materials themselves. It was important to me that we should reveal the rubber cord, which is traditionally hidden within handbag handles, by bringing it to the fore to celebrate its distinctive aesthetic and structural qualities.
